My approach to bodywork is slow, intentional, and rooted in deep listening. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are — whether you need deep, specific structural work or a lighter, more relaxing experience. Every body is different, and every session is an opportunity to attune to what yours is asking for.

My work is often described as deeply supportive and grounding. Some have likened my touch to myofascial release — a methodical unwinding of the tissue that allows muscle and energy to let go. While I’m not trained in myofascial therapy specifically, the slow, broad holding and point work I practice helps tension, emotion, and energy shift at their own pace. I call it "low and slow" bodywork: deep without being forceful, responsive rather than prescriptive.
